Where does my order ship from?
All orders ship from our North Hollywood, CA facility.
Is freight really free?
Yes. Freight charges on orders over $100 are always free. For faster delivery, the difference is price between standard ground service and expedited is the only portion not covered. Please specify your preferred shipping method at the time of ordering if you would like expedited service. (Postal Monkey Cases are not eligible for free freight). We will notify you with freight charges prior to shipping your order. Orders under $100 is subject to a flat 9.99 freight fee (noninclusive of COD or other fees).
What are your minimums?
Our minimum order is 1 box quantity for strings. For picks, we kindly ask for a $100 minimum order if that is the only items you are ordering.
What are your box quantities?
For all guitar strings, 12 sets per box. For most bass strings, 6 sets per box. The only expectation for bass guitar is SuperBass at 12 sets per box. For Postal Monkey Cases, 4 cases are in 1 master carton. You can mix and match to your liking. You are not required to order 4 master cartons of Postal Monkey Cases but you will receive the best freight price per case.
What are the quantities to order?
1 unit is the equivalent to one box (12 sets of guitar or 6 sets of bass). The price per unit is based on the cost of the entire box, not the set.
Can I order less than 1 box?
No. At this time, we regret that our system limitations require you to order in box quantities only. If you have a special request or an exception, please contact us directly at 1(888)438-3759 Ext 1 for the Sales Department.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
On some items, yes. We only offer quantity discounts on Star Picks and Kyser Capos. There are no other quantity breaks so all dealers, regardless of buying power, are able to compete and offer premium services.
How do we know if a product has MAP?
Minimum Advertised Pricing is available on most products. However, there are some that do not have a MAP. In each product description we display the retail price, wholesale price and MAP per set. For a complete list, please email your sales rep or email us at our general email here.
