I did another 2 hrs on Shane today, outlined the rest of the lower part and started on the black shading…We’re going to start doing some longer sessions now so we’ll be knocking this thing out!

We did another 2 hour session on Shane’s back today, outlined the patterns in the robe, and outlined the background… I’ve decided to document this one here on the blog. We’ll be doing 2 hours, once a week, until it’s done. I’m going to post a pic after each session.
A long time friend of the shop came by to drop off his new album yesterday, and I want to show him some support.. Once Chillious, now Darwin James… check him out, and check out that ink I put on him!

I did this one a few weeks ago on San Mateo’s own barbershop tycoon, Shane. Not that I am a fan of haircuts, or would ever consider getting one, but if you know me, you know the reason I probably really like this tattoo. Bicycles. Stay tuned, I just outlined his whole back yesterday and it is sure to be a masterpiece. I usually don’t post “in progress” pics, but what the hell, it’s 2010

It’s nice to see that people are so pleased with their tattoos! Check out our great reviews on Yelp..
Damn this guy can paint. Tyler did it again. It’s like when you get a lot of tattoo work done, it just keeps getting better. Every time I give him something to paint it blows me away, the only direction I gave him was “lets do this one purple”. I’m glad he likes getting tattoos as much as I like getting things painted!! Just got the Triumph chop back together and running, and now it’s raining. Bought a new TIG welder and thought I’d make some wacky handlebars, think I’ll make a couple more sets, good rainy day projects. Now it’s on to Loretta’s Ruckus, gonna make hers Moto Champ worthy.

I can’t read it but I know they put some stuff about the shop. This is featured in a popular Japanese scooter magazine called Moto Champ, they did a write up on the Ruckus I built..
Props to Tyler on the insane paint work… The build thread is here

Just finished this one.. Started out a stock, non running 64 triumph
After a month of hard work, it looks like this..
Our friend Tyler is painting it now.. Should be done next week

I really like this one. Always cool doing someone’s first tattoo, because you know they will be hooked!!! Especially when they get something as nice as this.
